Executive Coaching

Navigate complexity. Make intentional choices. Sustain performance.

There are moments in a career when experience alone doesn't provide the answer.

A new challenge. A complex decision. A transition. A different direction. Greater responsibility. Or simply the sense that what worked until now may not be what is needed next.

I work with executives, senior professionals and high performers to create clarity, challenge assumptions and make intentional choices about what comes next.

When the next step isn't obvious

Navigating a transition

promotion, role change or a significant professional shift

Making a complex decision

about career, leadership or direction

Defining your path

leadership, expert track or something different

Repositioning yourself

your experience, expertise or professional direction

Building something of your own

an independent or niche professional path

Sustaining performance

while navigating complexity, pressure or change

Progress doesn’t have to mean following a predefined path.
For some, the next step is leadership. For others, it is deepening their expertise, increasing their influence, building something of their own or redefining what success looks like.

The important question is whether the direction is the right one for you.

Sustainable Performance

Energy × Strengths × Purpose

High performers and senior leaders rarely fail suddenly. More often, they drift.

My approach to Sustainable Performance looks at three dimensions that, when working together, help people perform effectively over time:

Energy - Capacity to perform

Managing the physical, mental and emotional resources needed to perform consistently.

Strengths - Leverage to perform

Understanding and intentionally applying natural talents to maximise impact and effectiveness.

Purpose - Direction to perform

Creating clarity around what matters, where to focus and what gives meaning to performance.

Energy × Strengths × Purpose = Sustainable Performance

When one dimension weakens, performance can become harder to sustain.

My proprietary ESP approach provides a practical way to explore where that drift may be occurring and what intentional adjustments may help restore alignment.

Tailored to you and your context

There is no standard coaching journey because there is no standard professional challenge.

The work starts with the person, the context and the outcomes they are seeking.

Where relevant, I draw on a range of approaches and tools including:

The tool is never the starting point. The person and the context are.

What coaching can enable

Depending on the context, coaching can help you:

Gain clarity

around complex decisions

Navigate transitions

with greater intentionality

Broaden perspective

and challenge assumptions

Strengthen effectiveness

and personal impact

Manage complexity

across stakeholders and organisations

Move into action

with greater clarity and confidence

Coaching grounded in organisational reality

I bring to coaching the perspective of someone who has spent much of her career inside organisations and alongside the people who lead them.

My background spans HR leadership in multinational organisations, executive search, organisational transformation, executive coaching and strategic advisory.

This allows our conversations to consider not only the individual, but also the wider context: the organisation, its culture, stakeholders, dynamics and the realities surrounding a decision.

My role is not to provide ready-made answers. It is to create the space to think, challenge assumptions, introduce different perspectives and help turn reflection into intentional action.

Experience across contexts, cultures and borders

I work with clients internationally, both online and in person, adapting the coaching to the individual, their context and the challenges they are navigating.

My experience spans different industries, cultures and organisational environments, from multinational organisations and leadership teams to executives and experienced professionals navigating significant transitions and decisions.

Some of the situations I have supported

Navigating promotion, fit and what came next

Supported a professional based in San Francisco, USA, for over two years, initially through a promotion into a more senior role, and later as she reflected on her fit with the company culture and considered what she wanted next.

Navigating transformation

Supported a senior executive through significant organisational transformation, navigating complex decisions, stakeholder dynamics and the demands of leading through change.

A trusted thinking partner over time

Provided coaching and advisory support to a CEO over eight years, working through evolving business, organisational and people challenges as the company and leadership context changed.

A conversation is often the best place to start

If you are navigating an important decision, transition or professional challenge, we can explore where you are, what you are looking for and whether working together makes sense.
